PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Double Grip hose clamp is unique in that it has a second row of teeth to insure a firm grip on hose/fitting combinations of all types. Based on mechanical strength testing, our double grip clamp meets and generally exceeds the strength of other brands of the same design. It can withstand a great deal of installation pressure to accomplish the maximum amount of closure force possible in a ratchet style clamp. The substantial head design performs well in the most strenuous circumstances and is more protected from release from an accidental "blow to the head".

No sharp edges therefore safer to install and work around unlike metal worm drive clamps

Resists pressures up to 200 psi and above dependent on clamp size, hose quality and fitting type. Smaller diameters withstand higher pressures.

Exerts a uniform inward radial force, i.e. pressure is uniformly applied to hose unlike most clamps

High chemical resistance including gasoline (even with methanol), oils and most solvents

Light weight - up to 65% lighter than many metal clamp alternatives

these nylon hose clamps called Kwik Clamp now withstands temperatures ranging from -40°F to 302°F (-40°C to 150°C). Kwik Clamps handle moderate non-hydraulic pressure applications in a wide variety of industries.

Kwik Clamps from Sinohua offer a patented double row of durable teeth to ensure a strong bond that will not vibrate loose. They're made from U.L.-listed, black, nylon 6-6 and cannot corrode or rust like some of their metal counterparts. As their name implies, installation and removal is quick; no tools are needed.

Kwik Clamps are light weight, non-conductive, and may be reused. They're well stocked and available for same day or JIT (Just In Time) shipment. Over thirty sizes are offered and range from ¼" through 4-¼" nominal O.D. An assortment of fittings, tubing, and reinforced hose is also stocked for complete fluid or air transfer systems.

INSTALLATION OF SINOHUA KWIK CLAMP™: Slide the clamp over the hose to the desired position and simply pinch the two ends of the clamp together. If necessary, use pliers to tighten.
