●安全标准

无卤环保热收缩套管采用优质高聚物,经科学配方,机械共混成高聚物合成,产品成型后经电子加速器辐照交联,连续扩张而成。 产品具有环保,柔软、阻燃、收缩快、性能稳定等 优点。广泛应用于电线连接、焊点保护、电线端部、线束、电子器件防护和绝缘处理;

热缩管是一种在加热时内径尺寸会收缩的塑料套管。它在接触热时很容易收缩,这是保护电线和线束连接的有效方法。

关于热缩套管在保存和运输的注意事项:由于任何热源(如蜡烛、打火机或火柴)都可能会使热缩管收缩,因此必须保证妥善地装运和存储。

热缩管提供电气绝缘、机械保护、环境密封和应力消除。信诺华工业的热缩管设计用于多种应用,包括后端连接器密封、分接头和连接器到电缆过渡。它是胶带、成型或灌封的可靠替代品。当加热时,热缩管贴合内部电线或工件的尺寸和形状,从而实现快速方便的安装。它的高膨胀率使它能够在不拆卸连接器的情况下修复大多数损坏的电缆护套。热缩管有多种材料、颜色和尺寸可供选择,大多以线轴盘装形式交付。透明色的热缩管由于具有良好的透光率可方便检视被包裹覆盖在内的线束或零部件的情况。

关于热缩套管的正确安装-我们建议要求热缩管在使用时要至少收缩其供货状态尺寸的20%,但也不能过渡收缩。

热缩管的订购代码:系列号+公制规格X10+颜色后缀

热缩套管颜色识别后缀编码:黑色BK、红色RD、黄色YW、蓝色BU、白色WH、紫色VT、灰色GY,当然可按客户要求生产其它颜色

举例来说,HS100-60BK就表示一款黑色的出货内径规格6.5mm(对应英制1/4'')的超薄型热缩套管。

Heat Shrink Tubing

A Heat Shrink Tube is plastic tubing that shrinks in size when heat is applied. It easily shrinks upon contact with heat which is an effective way to protect your wires and connections. Each heat shrink tube has temperature capacity but any heat sources like candles, lighter or matches will shrink the tubing.

Heat shrink tubing provides electrical insulation, mechanical protection, environmental sealing, and strain relief . Available in single wall tubing and dual wall tubing, Sinohua Heat shrink tubing is engineered for use in numerous applications, including back-end connector sealing, breakouts, and connector-to-cable transitions. It is a solid alternative to taping, molding, or potting. When heated, Sinohua heat sleeves conforms to the size and shape of the substrate beneath, enabling quick and easy installation. Its high expansion ratio makes it possible to repair most damaged cable jackets without removing connectors. Available in a wide range of materials, colors, and sizes, heat shrink tubing is delivered in forms such as spools, and cut pieces. Clear types permit inspection of covered components and offer excellent transmittance of light.

Proper installations of these heat shrink tubes require tubes to shrink by at least 20% of its supplied size but not so far that the tube reaches its fully recovered size. It's ideal to have a minimum of 10% unresolved recovery after installation.
